IS220PPRFH1A is a PROFIBUS main gateway analog I/O module designed by General Electric (GE) for its Mark VI series turbine control system. Here is its detailed information:
Functional purpose: As an interface between GE main gateway and various input/output devices, it is used to map the I/O of PROFIBUS slave devices to the I/O Ethernet of Mark VIe controllers, achieving reliable communication and control between the main gateway and peripheral devices.

Power requirements: The power supply voltage range is 27.4 to 28.6VDC, the nominal power supply voltage is 28.0VDC, and the maximum power supply current is 0.18ADC.

Hardware design: It is a multi PCB module composed of multiple layers of PCBs covered with surface mount devices (SMD). Includes a processor board shared by all Mark VIe distributed I/O modules and an acquisition carrier board equipped with Hilscher GmbH COM-C PROFIBUS communication module. Provide a PROFIBUS RS-485 interface through the COM-C module, with transmission rates ranging from 9.6Kbaud to 12Mbaud. It can connect up to 125 slave stations, each with 244 bytes of input and output.
