• Processor: Adopts the Freescale MPC8540 system-on-chip processor, equipped with a PowerPC® e500 processor core, with a maximum operating speed of 833MHz.
• Memory: Features 256MB/512MB DDR ECC SDRAM and 64MB/128MB flash memory.
• Interfaces: Equipped with two Gigabit Ethernet ports and one 10/100BaseTX Ethernet port, as well as a USB 2.0 and a Serial ATA controller. It provides five serial ports, along with a Real-Time Clock (RTC), four timing timers, and a watchdog timer. It supports dual 33/66/100MHz PMC-X sites, which can be expanded through industry-standard modules and is compatible with Processor PMC and PMCspan.

• Bus Protocol: Utilizes the TSI148 PCI-X bus-to-VMEbus bridge, featuring the 2eSST VMEbus protocol with a bandwidth of 320MB/s, enabling interoperability with products such as the MVME6100 at higher bandwidths.
• Software Support: Supports board support packages for VxWorks, LynxOS, and Linux.
• Mechanical Specifications: Typically in a 6U form factor.
