Installation and Maintenance

• Installation: It is recommended to install it in a control cabinet with good ventilation, no dust, and no severe vibration, ensuring sufficient space for wiring and maintenance. Before wiring, disconnect the power supply and connect the cables correctly according to the wiring diagram. For redundant systems, connect multiple controllers and network devices according to the guidelines.
• Maintenance: Regularly check the ventilation and heat dissipation of the control cabinet and clean the dust to ensure firm cable connections and stable power supply. Use GE’s ControlST software for regular diagnostics to check the operating status of hardware and software, and perform firmware upgrades as needed. For redundant systems, regularly test the redundancy switching function.
