Functional purpose:
Processing control logic: capable of executing complex control logic, achieving precise control of industrial equipment and processes, applicable to various industrial control scenarios, ensuring that equipment operates according to preset logic and parameters.
Hardware Design: It is a printed circuit board with numerous electronic components, including two junction boxes for fixing terminals. Each junction box has 48 silver metal terminals labeled TB1 and TB2, with white numerical identification on them. There are also five solid red capacitors located between small spherical terminal blocks on the circuit board, with multiple parallel components arranged in the middle, each group consisting of four. In addition, each input has a filter that can reduce high-frequency noise and suppress surges. Each input has a pair of terminal points, with one screw providing DC positive power and the other serving as a circuit board loop.
Application scenarios: Mainly used in gas turbine control systems, as well as other industrial automation scenarios with high requirements for analog input and output, such as power generation, oil and gas, manufacturing, and other fields.
