IS215ACLEH1A is an application control layer module designed by General Electric (GE) for the EX2100 series excitation control system. The following is its detailed information:
Functional purpose: It is the main controller in the EX2100 series, powered by a microprocessor, and processes numerous tasks through Ethernet and other communication networks. It occupies two complete slots and can be connected to all standard EX2100 excitation control racks, suitable for various racks such as single thyristor control, temperature backup thyristor control, single regulator control, and redundant regulator control.
Hardware features: IS200ACLE carrier board and PC/104 Plus ™ Composition of microprocessor board. The integrated circuit of PC/104 Plus board has the following characteristics:
Equipped with Tualatin Celeron 400MHz or Pentium P5 266MHz central processing unit (CPU).
Has a 256KB level 2 cache.
128MB DRAM (expandable).
A flash ROM system used for basic I/O (BIOS).
An Ethernet port that supports 10/100Mbps.
