IS200SPROH1AAB is a key component of the GE Mark VI series control system, specifically designed for industrial gas turbine and steam turbine management. It is a high-quality PLC control module suitable for various industrial applications.

- Analog Voltage Input: Provides eight analog voltage input channels, each configurable for -5 to +5 VDC or -10 to +10 VDC operation. When configured for -5 to +5 VDC, the resolution is 0.2 mV; for -10 to +10 VDC, the resolution is 0.4 mV, with a full-scale accuracy of 0.05%.
- Communication Capabilities: Built-in support for communication protocols such as Web browser (HTML), Telnet, and SNMP. It supports Modbus/TCP and provides OPC server drivers for easy data exchange with other devices and control systems. It also supports various RocketPort INFINITY card options, including cards with different port counts (4, 8, 16, or 32 ports).

- Configuration and Programming: Offers Windows utilities such as JetI/O Device Finder and I/O Configuration Tool for convenient module configuration and programming. Users can define I/O rules to enable automatic collection and operation functions, as well as configurable power-on and safe state settings.
- Other Features: Uses industrial-grade components, undergoes rigorous quality testing and environmental adaptability tests to ensure stable operation in harsh environments. Equipped with a 60MHz digital signal processor, it supports user-defined programming for flexible control.

- Offline Replacement: Ensure the exciter is deactivated, open the control cabinet door, and confirm that the relevant power indicators are not lit. Loosen the screws near the ejector tabs at the top and bottom of the panel, lift the ejector tabs, and remove the module. Insert the replacement module into the corresponding slot, press the panel, alternately tighten the screws, and finally connect the power supply to check if the indicators are lit.
- Online Replacement (Redundant): Open the control cabinet door and identify the faulty module. After verifying that control has been transferred to another master station, power off the section containing the faulty module and confirm that the relevant indicators are off. Then follow the offline replacement steps to remove the faulty module and insert the new one, finally connecting the power supply and checking the indicator status.
