    The T9310-02 is a backplane extension cable used to expand the backplane capacity of industrial automation control systems, enabling the connection of remote I/O modules to the main system.

    • Redundant Design: Adopts Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) technology to enhance system reliability and fault tolerance.
    • Automatic Diagnostics: Equipped with comprehensive automatic diagnostic and self-test functions. Each point can automatically perform line monitoring to detect wiring and load errors such as open circuits and short circuits.
    • Protection Functions: Features a 2500V pulse optical/electrical isolation barrier and automatic overcurrent protection, eliminating the need for external fuses.
    • Event Recording: Has an on-board Sequence of Events (SOE) reporting function with a resolution of 1ms.

 

  • Installation Method:
    • Before installation, visually inspect the module for damage, confirm that the module type is correct, and record the module type, version number, and serial number.
    • Ensure that the field cable assembly is installed in place and in the correct position. If using the I/O module keys, check if they are installed in the right position.
    • Use the release key to release the ejection tab on the module, carefully insert the module into the predetermined slot and push it firmly, then close the module ejector to ensure it is locked.
