  • Product Overview:
    The T9300 is an I/O base unit for industrial control systems launched by ICS Triplex. It provides an installation base and electrical connections for I/O modules and can support up to three I/O modules (of any type) and their associated terminal assemblies.
  • Technical Parameters:
    • Power Supply Voltage: The system power supply voltage range is 20 to 32Vdc, the field power supply voltage range is 18 to 60V DC, and the nominal power supply is 24 VDC.
    • Output Current: The rated output current is 0.75A per channel and 6A per power group.
    • Output Short-Circuit Protection: Equipped with electronic (latching) output short-circuit protection.
    • Channel Characteristics: It has 40 monitoring output channels with crosstalk between channels >-40dB. Each channel has an update rate of every 4ms and is equipped with software-adjustable filter responses of none, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, and 1024mS.
    • Power Consumption: 18W for field power supply at 24V (0.75A per channel) and 22W for system power supply (24V).

 

  • Functional Features:
    • Bus Communication: It has embedded support for the Genius Bus protocol, allowing the module to exchange I/O data with the Genius Bus master via the network.
    • Self-Diagnostic Function: It can detect under-range, over-range, high alarm, and low alarm. It also has a configurable open-circuit output setting, allowing signals to enter under-range and over-range when detected.
    • Filter Setting: The input filter can stabilize the received input signal, limit fluctuations, and provide more usable readings.
    • Connection Method: It can be connected directly via plugs and sockets to the right side of the T9100 processor base unit (I/O Bus 1), or to the left side of the processor base unit (I/O Bus 2) via a T9310 extension cable. It can also be connected to other T9300 I/O base units.

 

  • Installation Method:
    It can be installed on a DIN rail. First, install the DIN rail, place the T9100 processor base unit on the left side of the DIN rail, then place the T9300 I/O base unit on the DIN rail to the right of the T9100 processor base unit, and fix it with sliding fixing rods.
  • Application Scenarios:
    It is suitable for occasions such as manufacturing that require high-performance control systems. With its rich input/output channels, it can support various sensors and actuators, enabling precise control of mechanical equipment and production processes.
