The T8314 is an optical fiber transceiver unit from ICS Triplex. It can convert differential copper cable-based signals into optical fiber signals for transmission via single-mode optical fiber cables. It can extend the Trusted expansion bus to 10 kilometers, allowing remote connection between the expansion chassis and the main system, and ensuring reliable communication in industrial environments.

Indicator Light Meanings:
There is an amber LED on the front of the module; a flashing light indicates a module fault. The green LED at the top front of the module indicates that the module is ready. The green LED on each channel stays on or flashes rapidly when data is transmitted through the channel. In current mode, the red LED on each channel indicates an detected open-circuit current loop (wire break) or high loop impedance (>500Ω).
