Functional Features
IGBT Drive and Protection: Equipped with 6 optically isolated IGBT gate driver circuits, providing drive for the upper and lower IGBTs of each output phase, and including current, voltage, and fault feedback circuits for each output phase, it can effectively drive and protect IGBTs, ensuring their stable operation in high-power applications.
Power supply: The internal power supply on the board provides the required voltage for the IGBT gate circuit and shunt feedback voltage controlled oscillator (VCO). The power supply also includes isolation transformers for each output phase, ensuring electrical isolation and stable power supply between each phase.
Status indication: Includes 9 LED indicator lights to provide the processing status of the board. When the circuit board is powered on and the driver is running, the LED will indicate the operation status of the circuit board, visible from inside the circuit board cabinet, and will light up in red.
Configurability: There are one or more jumpers available to configure the board to process information in a specific way for specific drivers, allowing users to flexibly configure according to their actual needs.
