1. 6kV Ultra-high Voltage Design
Specially designed for 6.0 kV high-voltage systems. The asymmetric structure optimizes turn-off performance without additional RC snubber, simplifying topology and reducing cost and losses.
2. Snubber-less Integrated Design
Built-in GTO chip, anti-parallel diode, gate drive and TMR (Triple Modular Redundancy) protection circuit. High integration reduces external components and improves system reliability.
3. Fast Turn-off and Series Voltage Balancing
