• Processor: It typically uses an MPC755 processor with a main frequency of 400MHz and a 1MB L2 cache. Processors such as MPC7400 and MPC7410 are also optional, and it adopts the PowerPlus II architecture.
• Memory: It comes with a standard 128MB SDRAM, which can be expanded to a maximum of 1GB via a memory mezzanine card.
• Flash Memory: 1MB of flash memory is provided through two 32-pin PLCC/CLCC sockets, and there is an additional 16MB of surface-mounted flash memory, making the total flash memory capacity up to 17MB.
