The T9801 is a central component in the ICS Triplex control system and belongs to the I/O backplane. It is designed to provide physical and electrical infrastructure for the connection between I/O modules and processors, support high-speed communication between system modules, and facilitate seamless data transmission between field devices and the central control system.

Product Features:
It has fault-tolerant functionality, and the circuit type is fully triple and optionally wired. It can monitor 40 channels and is equipped with self-diagnostic functions, which can detect under-range, over-range, high alarm, and low alarm. It also has a configurable open-circuit output setting. Each channel has an update rate of every 4ms and is equipped with software-adjustable filter responses of none, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, and 1024mS.

Installation Related:
The T9801, as an I/O backplane, can be used with I/O base units such as the T9300. During installation, first check whether the module and related coding pins are in good condition. Place the I/O module on the positioning pins of the T9300 I/O base unit, ensure that the slot of the module clamp screw head is vertical, then push the module in until the module connector is fully mated with the I/O base unit and terminal assembly connector. Finally, use a 9mm wide flat-blade screwdriver to rotate the locking screw a quarter turn clockwise to lock it. The locking screw also acts as a power interlock and must be in the locked position when power is applied; otherwise, the module cannot be powered on.
