DS200FSAAG1ABA is a field power gate amplifier board launched by General Electric (GE), belonging to the Mark V control series. Here are its detailed specifications:

Functional Features

It is used to amplify the field power for turbine control and is equipped with a phase control function to regulate four silicon-controlled rectifiers (SCRs), supporting plugging braking operations. The jumpers on the board can provide NRX (Non-Reversing Plugging) function when excessive magnetic field problems are encountered in non-reversing plugging (NRP) applications.

Physical Parameters

It is equipped with 5 jumpers, 1 10-pin connector, and 2 fuses. The fuses are 600-volt, 30-ampere fast-acting fuses. In addition, there are multiple test points.

Operating Environment

The operating temperature range is generally 0°C to 60°C.

Installation Precautions

The circuit board is susceptible to electrostatic damage, so it is stored in a sealed anti-static plastic bag during transportation and should only be taken out during installation. During the installation process, operators must wear wrist straps connected to an unpainted metal surface to discharge static electricity. They should not carry the circuit board around, as this may generate static electricity.
