  • Function and Purpose: It is mainly used in gas turbine control systems or safety systems, functioning as a trip and emergency shutdown device. When conditions affecting system safety or performance are detected, such as overheating, overspeed, excessive vibration, fuel supply issues, etc., it can automatically or manually shut down the gas turbine.

 

 

  • Working Principle: This terminal board supplies power to three emergency trip solenoids in the system. It is fully controlled by the I/O controller, handling the positive pole of the DC power required to operate these solenoids, while ensuring coordinated and balanced power distribution to the solenoids by providing the necessary negative pole of the DC power.
  • Internal Structure: There are two long solid black terminal blocks on the left edge, each containing 24 silver metal terminals. To the right of the terminal blocks, there is a row of approximately 10 circular red metal oxide varistors (MOVs). Most of the space in the middle is occupied by large relays or contactors, arranged in two rows with 6 each. On the right edge, there are three jack connector ports, each containing a set of small pin ports. There are also four large rectangular capacitors on the right side, with two paired in the upper right corner and the other two paired in the lower right corner.
