IC698PSD300 is a versatile, high-capacity power supply module manufactured by GE Fanuc for the RX7i series. It has a rated voltage of 24VDC and a power output of 300W.
- Input Voltage: 18 to 30VDC.
- Output Voltage: Typically 5VDC.
- Maximum Output Current: 5A.
- Power Output: 300W.
- Operating Temperature Range: -40°C to +85°C.
- Communication Interfaces: May include 2 RS232 and 2 RS485 interfaces.
- Isolation Characteristics: Continuous isolation between input and all outputs is 250V AC; 1-minute isolation is 1500V AC.
- Signal Output: Provides sequential logic level signals for RX7i backplane modules.
- Fault Protection: Equipped with overvoltage, overcurrent, and overtemperature protection functions.
- Cooling and Detection: Requires forced air cooling, with cold air supplied by a fan tray installed at the bottom of the rack. The module is equipped with an airflow sensor; if an airflow interruption is detected, all outputs will be shut down, and the red overtemperature indicator will light up. It will automatically recover when the internal temperature drops to the operating level.
- Status Indication: The module has three LED indicators. The green “output ok” indicator lights up when all three DC output channels are operating within the specified range; this indicator will turn off if any channel fails. The red “over temp” indicator lights up when the power supply temperature exceeds the limit or the airflow sensor detects an airflow interruption.
Can be directly inserted into slot 0 of the RX7i main rack.
Widely used in factory automation, process control systems, transportation systems, etc., to provide stable power support for industrial automation systems and ensure reliable operation of the system.
