IS220PRTDH1BC is a resistance temperature device input module produced by General Electric (GE), belonging to the Mark VIe series, commonly used in industrial automation temperature measurement systems. Here is the detailed information:
Functional purpose: Mainly used for receiving and converting signals from RTD (resistance temperature detector) sensors, converting them into signals that can be recognized by control systems to provide high-precision temperature measurement, suitable for various industrial control and automation systems.
Communication interface: Connected to the Unit Data Highway (UDH) through two 10/100BaseTX Ethernet ports, and can also be connected to IONet through three additional 10/100BaseTX Ethernet ports. It also supports establishing RS-232C connections through the COM1 port.
The module includes a processor board and an acquisition carrier board, which is equipped with a COM-C PROFIBUS communication module provided by Hilscher GmbH.
The COM-C module provides a PROFIBUS RS-485 interface through a DE-9 D-sub socket connector, supporting up to 125 slave stations, each capable of processing 255 bytes of input and output, with a transmission rate range of 9.6KBaud to 12MBaud.
Support redundant functions, including single I/O Ethernet connection, dual Ethernet connection hot backup, etc.
