IS200TBCIS2CCD is a microprocessor expansion board produced by General Electric (GE) for Mark VI control systems. Here is its detailed information:
Functional purpose:
Processing control logic: capable of executing complex control logic, achieving precise control of industrial equipment and processes, applicable to various industrial control scenarios, ensuring that equipment operates according to preset logic and parameters.
Capable of computing: With powerful computing power, it can perform various mathematical and logical operations to meet the needs of control systems for data processing and analysis, such as computing and processing data collected by sensors to provide a basis for control decisions.
Support communication function: Supports multiple communication protocols such as SRTP and Modbus TCP/IP, can exchange and communicate data with other devices or systems, achieve information sharing and collaborative work, facilitate the transmission of self processed data to other devices, or receive instructions and data from other devices.
Hardware Design: It is a printed circuit board with numerous electronic components, including two junction boxes for fixing terminals. Each junction box has 48 silver metal terminals labeled TB1 and TB2, with white numerical identification on them. There are also five solid red capacitors located between small spherical terminal blocks on the circuit board, with multiple parallel components arranged in the middle, each group consisting of four. In addition, each input has a filter that can reduce high-frequency noise and suppress surges. Each input has a pair of terminal points, with one screw providing DC positive power and the other serving as a circuit board loop.
