IS200SAMBH1ABA is an acoustic monitoring terminal board manufactured by General Electric (GE) for Mark VI and Mark VIe systems. Here is its detailed information:
Function and purpose: It is a part of the GE Speedtronic Mark VI gas turbine control system, providing input and output connections for the acoustic monitoring system. 18 inputs are added to the acoustic monitoring system through 36 terminals, and 36 terminals are reserved for adding 18 dual line buffer outputs. It is usually used to monitor voltage signals and provide support for acoustic monitoring of gas turbines to achieve effective monitoring of equipment operating status and fault warning.

 

 

 

Hardware design: It is a printed circuit board with dimensions of 9.1 inches by 5.625 inches and various codes on the surface, such as FA/00. The circuit board is equipped with passive electromagnetic interference (EMI) filters to resist external high-frequency noise. In addition, there is a connected metal frame that surrounds the PCB on all four sides. The frame has multiple flanges, including top cap flanges placed along each long side of the board, with mounting slots or holes drilled on them. The circuit board components and frame are connected by brackets and screws, and cooled by air convection.
