Function and Application: It is an electro-hydraulic pressure regulating control valve used to position the servo mechanism of a single acting steam turbine valve. It receives pressure demand signals of 4-20mA and precisely controls the oil pressure through internal pressure sensors and PID controllers, thereby accurately positioning the steam turbine regulating valve and achieving control over the speed and load of the steam turbine.
Working principle: Convert the input 4-20mA current signal into the corresponding pressure signal, and drive the turbine valve action by controlling the oil pressure. The internal PID controller will adjust based on the difference between the set pressure value and the actual measured value to ensure the stability and accuracy of the output pressure. When the system malfunctions, such as electrical input power failure, pressure sensor failure, or processor failure, the internal valve reset spring will return the converter to the fault safe position, drain the oil back to the oil tank, safely close the turbine control valve, and protect the turbine.
