Functional purpose: It is an electro-hydraulic pressure regulating control valve used to control steam inlet valves or related servo systems. It receives a current setting input of 4-20mA and provides precise and stable pressure output proportional to the input current to accurately control the oil pressure of the single acting turbine regulating valve, thereby achieving control of turbine speed and load and reducing system mechanical wear.
Structural design: The shell is made of anodized aluminum and sealed and protected by four bolts on the end face. The aluminum threaded cover provides additional protection, and there are two levels of locking bolts to ensure the correct assembly of the upper cover. The protection level is IP56. There is a spiral reset spring at the bottom, which brings the internal valve to the fully open bypass position when power is cut off. Adopting sturdy actuators, corrosion-resistant materials, single action rotary valves, and self-cleaning port design, it is suitable for environments where oil may be dirty or contaminated.
