Measurement principle: based on Presductor ® Technology utilizes the characteristic of magnetic materials that undergo changes in magnetic permeability under mechanical stress to measure force. The sensor consists of a stack of specially processed laminations that form the measuring body. The primary and secondary windings are wound through four holes on the sensor, perpendicular to each other. When the sensor is subjected to mechanical force in the measurement direction, the propagation of the magnetic field changes, inducing an AC voltage in the secondary winding. The control unit converts this AC voltage into a DC voltage proportional to the applied force.
